BraveWeb is used for obtaining a class roster and entering grades, among other things. Network accounts are created prior to faculty arrival and credentials are sent to the personal email address given to Human Resources. The username and password will arrive in separate messages. If you don't see these messages, check the spam folder.
VPN provides a secure network connection. In order to access some UNCP network resources (using wireless or from outside of the campus, you need VPN access and software, Cisco AnyConnect as well as DUO. VPN access is given to new faculty and staff at the same time their network accounts are created. Click here for more information.
Classroom and Lab Support
- Faculty who need immediate technology assistance while in class should contact the DoIT Help Desk at 910.521.6260, and select option 2.
- To request software to be installed, log into ITSM Self Service (HEAT) and submit the Service Request "Software Installation Request".
