Student Employment Rate

The graduate employment/placement rate is the percentage of students within 6 months of graduation who have gotten a job.  The employment rate is calculated as the sum of students who are employed as an AT or employed as an AT and in a degree or residency program then divided by the number of students who graduated (excluding those who have entered the military or are deceased).

Student Retention Rate

This outcome measures the percentage of students who have enrolled in the professional program who return to the institution to continue their program the following academic year.  The rates listed below are for the classes graduating in May of the academic year indicated.  Students are admitted in January of the sophomore year (ie. 15-16 represents students who were admitted to the professional phase of the program in the spring of 2014 and graduated in May 2016).

Student Graduation Rate

Graduation rate (taken from the United States Department of Education) measures the progress of students who began their studies as full-time, first-time degree seeking students by showing the percentage of students who complete their degree within 150% of "normal time" for completing the program in which they are enrolled.  This rate does not take into account students who change their major or are dismissed from the program.  The additional two rows in this table show those students who started the AT program but graduated with another degree within 6 years.
