How to purchase season subscriptions:
To purchase a season subscription:
- By Phone - Call the box office at 910.521.6361.
- By Mail - Download the Order Form below and mail it with payment to the GPAC Box Office: 1 University Dr., Pembroke, NC 28372
- In Person – At the GPAC Box Office located in the main lobby of GPAC at the main entrance to UNC Pembroke.

UNCP Faculty/Staff Payroll Deduction: Faculty and staff can purchase a season subscription through payroll deduction. To enroll, download the payroll deduction form below and return to the GPAC Box Office.
CUSTOMIZE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION: Create your own subscription by choosing the shows you would like to see. Seat locations may change from show to show. You will be seated in the best available seats after current season subscribers are processed. Download an Order Form for more information.
FEES: All subscription orders are subject to a $5.00 processing fee. Single ticket orders will also be charged a processing fee of $5.00 per order.
The Box Office is located at the center of the front entrance to the lobby. Hours are from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, one hour before the performance and during the intermission of any performance.
Single tickets for each show will go on sale August 31 at 10 a.m.
Single tickets can be purchased in person at the box office, by phone or online at: uncp.edu/gpactickets.
HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBILITY: Persons who require special assistance should notify Givens personnel of their needs when ordering their tickets. Learn more about handicapped accessibility at GPAC.
RESERVATIONS: All reservations must be paid for in full, at the time the order is placed. Ticket orders must be received a minimum of 10 days prior to the performance to be mailed. Orders received within 10 days of the performance will be available for pick-up at the will call window one hour before show time.
IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND A PERFORMANCE: Please call the box office to release your tickets so others may enjoy the show.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Available for subscription orders and single ticket orders.
PAYMENT: Payment can be made by mail order with check, MasterCard or Visa. If paying by credit card, you may phone 910.521.6409 or fax your order to 910.521.6552. There will be a $25 Service Charge on all returned checks.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: All ticket sales are final. Refunds are given only if a performance is cancelled. You must return your ticket within 30 days of the cancelled performance in order to receive a refund.
RECEIVING YOUR TICKETS: Single tickets are mailed within 24 hours after the order has been placed, if time allows. Otherwise, tickets will be held at the will call window at the box office.
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS UNLESS A PERFORMANCE IS CANCELLED.
Pembroke is 10 miles west of I-95 (Exit 17 on Route 711) and two miles north of Highway 74.
