Handshake is the online career management system provided to all UNCP undergraduates, graduate students, and alumni FREE of charge. You can use Handshake to search for on-campus jobs, internships, part-time and full-time positions, upcoming events, and resources.
You can also schedule appointments to meet with Career Center staff members for major and career exploration, resume, cover letter, and interview assistance, and graduate school internship and job search.

Big Interview is a software program that provides FREE, online interview practice for UNCP students and registered alumni. With Big Interview users will be able to: learn helpful interview strategies from video lessons and practice tough interview questions with the ability to record review, and share answers.
New Users should select "Get Started" in the upper right-hand corner to create their account. This a FREE resource for those registering accounts with a UNCP email address. Those registering will be prompted to select UNCP as their affiliate program when registering their accounts to waive any fees.
Focus2 is available to all UNCP students and alumni to help identify your interests, personality, values, and skills and how these attributes are compatible with different areas of study and occupations. You can use Focus2 to develop your career plan, explore majors, and learn about different occupations.
