If you are a UNCP faculty or staff member, you may self-enroll and create a Qualtrics account by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page. You must use your UNCP username and password. You must always return to this page to sign into your UNCP Qualtrics' account. In fact, you may want to bookmark this page if you plan to sign into your UNCP Qualtrics account on a frequent basis.

Student User: Students may not self-enroll in UNCP Qualtrics account. If a faculty or staff member is willing to supervise a student who wants to use Qualtrics as a survey tool, the faculty or staff member will need to contact the UNCP DoIT Help Desk at doit.helpdesk@uncp.edu

Qualtrics Account Deactivation: Your UNCP account at Qualtrics will no longer be accessible when your UNCP username and password become inactive.

User Security Agreement: The University of North Carolina at Pembroke requires that all surveys/studies conform to standards set by FERPA and HIPPA and any other legislation or legal requirements. Data about respondents’ identities must be kept strictly confidential and must not be used for purposes outside of research as approved by the UNCP Institutional Review Board.
