The exCEL Leadership Certificate is an opportunity designed for all students enrolled at UNCP to get involved and meaningfully engaged while at UNCP. The certificate is self-paced and does not need to be started and/or completed in a student's first year. In fact, students are encouraged to explore the certificate beyond their first year. self-select into a process where they will seek opportunities across campus to explore and develop a deeper understanding of their personal leadership capacity.
