Belk Residence Hall, named after Mary Irwin Belk.

  • A 132 bed, six-story, predominantly freshmen, co-ed residence hall (separated by floors)
  • Double rooms arranged along a central corridor surround a central bathroom
  • Student rooms air conditioned with a window unit and central air on the first floor
  • All rooms are furnished with twin beds (80″ x 36″ mattresses), desks, desk chair, closets, dressers, and blinds.
  • Wireless Internet and twin data ports
  • Laundry and vending machine access
  • The hours of visitation for Belk Hall and North Hall on Sunday through Thursday shall not exceed 10 a.m. through midnight and 10 a.m. on Friday and Saturday through 2 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Twenty- four hour visitation is permitted in the lobby and first floor lounge area. Hallways, stairways, and upstairs lounges are not considered twenty-four hour visitation areas.

North Residence Hall

  • A 192 bed, six-story, predominantly freshman, co-ed residence hall (separated by floors)
  • Double rooms along a central corridor surround a central bathroom
  • Student rooms air conditioned with a window unit and central air on the first floor
