Residence Hall Association
UNC Pembroke's Residence Hall Association is the student coordinating body and umbrella organization for all individual residence hall and apartment hall councils. This makes it the voice for all on-campus students. RHA offers programming, leadership opportunities, and support for all students who live on campus. Additionally, RHA works closely with Housing and Residence Life staff, and through legislation, is charged with addressing the concerns of all residents and how to make their life on campus change for the better.

Become a Resident Advisor
The Resident Advisor (RA) position is a student staff position for the Housing & Residence Life team. RAs focus on enhancing the quality of life within the residence halls, including fostering an effective living-learning community, providing academic support, and being attentive to the safety and security of students.
Being a RA can be one of the most enriching and rewarding experiences of your college career. The relationships you develop and the leadership training and experience you gain will serve you long beyond the time that you are a staff member with UNCP Housing and Residence Life.
