Facilities Human Resources

The primary purpose of the Departmental HR Consultant is to assist the Department Head in providing overall leadership and management for all human resources/personnel matters in the department of Facilities Management (Operations, Maintenance, Planning, Construction, and Design). This position is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all information, making decisions within policy guidelines; communicating policies, procedures, and guidelines; and recommending solutions, as well as offering suggestions to other departmental personnel.
