Special Events

Thank you for your interest in scheduling a special event.

To ensure your request is received, this online form must be completed and submitted.

We ask you to complete and submit this form at least two weeks prior to the event date. All fields are required and must be completed in order to submit.

If the Chancellor is expected to attend, please complete the Chancellor's Request Form once you have submitted this form.
