Congratulations on taking the first steps toward furthering your education at UNC Pembroke!

 If you are a Graduate Studies student, please complete the Graduate Application here.

As an undergraduate applicant, you will also need to send some additional items:

FIRST-YEAR FRESHMEN STUDENTS:

  • Pay the $55 nonrefundable application fee.
  • Ask your high school to send official transcripts to us.
  • Submit your SAT or ACT scores (UNCP’s codes are 5534 for the SAT and 3138 for the ACT).
  • If you are an Early College Student, we need official transcripts from both the high school and college attended.

TRANSFER STUDENTS:

  • Pay the $55 nonrefundable application fee.
  • Request official transcripts from ALL previously attended colleges and/or universities. Note: Your application will not be reviewed until all college and/or university transcripts have been received.
  • Occasionally we will require your high school transcript in addition to your college transcript(s). Please check your student portal often to view any missing documents.

LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION / RENEWAL STUDENTS:

  • Pay the $55 nonrefundable application fee.
  • Send in a copy of a prior transcript showing your degree.
  • If any portion of the application is not applicable to you, simply indicate that in the required fields.

VISITING (TRANSIENT) STUDENTS:

  • Complete the online application.
  • Ask your home institution to complete a permission form allowing you to take the class at UNCP. If they do not have their own form, they may use ours found below:

NON-DEGREE SEEKING AND ENRICHMENT STUDENTS:

  • Pay the $55 nonrefundable application fee.
  • Send in a copy of a prior transcript showing your degree.
  • If any portion of the application is not applicable to you, simply indicate that in the required fields.

NON-TRADITIONAL FRESHMEN AND SECOND-DEGREE SEEKING STUDENTS:

  • Pay the $55 nonrefundable application fee.
  • Send in a copy of a prior transcript showing your latest degree.
  • If any portion of the application is not applicable to you, simply indicate that in the required fields.

READMISSION:

  • If you have previously attended UNC Pembroke as a degree seeking student, please fill out the Readmission Application. Questions can be answered by calling the Center for Student Success at 910-521-6625.
