TZ Package and Mail Lockers at UNC Pembroke is the new student mail and package system utilized by our Mail Services Department. This new system enables us to more accurately and efficiently process the ever increasing number of packages arriving on campus here for our students These lockers allow us to place letter and packages in secure lockers accessible only to those individuals that the items are addressed to. This service is available to both students and staff for a yearly subscription fee of $25.00. At the time of purchase a unique 4-digit mailbox number is assigned. These mailbox numbers are good for your entire stay here at UNC Pembroke and subscriptions are renewable every 12 months from the date of original purchase. Who can use package lockers? Package lockers are for all UNCP Staff and Students who have rented boxes with our Mail Services Department.
Where are package lockers located? Lockers are located in the Auxiliary and Business Services building across from the BookStore.
Will my shipping/mailing address change? No. Your previously assigned mailbox number and address will stay the same.
How will I know if I've received a package? You will receive an email notification that includes package details, locker location and PIN.
How do I pick up a package? Check your email notification to determine whether your package is in the UNCP lockers or UNCP Mailbox. If your package is in a locker, go to the specified locker bank and use the self-service kiosk to open your locker. Lockers are accessible during Auxiliary and Business Services Hours: 7 days a week 7am to 9pm. Packages that are too large for lockers, or perishable such as flowers, may be picked up at the Mail Services counter next to the Package lockers. Mail Services Hours: Monday thru Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm.

My package is reported as delivered by the carrier, but I have not received a notification for pick up. Where is my package? “Delivered” statuses from carriers such as UPS or FedEx indicate that the package has arrived on campus. Once the package has been processed on campus, you will receive a notification that your package is ready for pickup.
