About
Jordin Dickerson joined the UNCP faculty in 2022. Her courses include Constitutional Law, Law of Criminal Procedure, and Judicial Processes and Behavior. She also serves as the campus Pre-Law Advisor.
She received in B.A. in History and Political Science from UNCP and then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law. While at UVA Law, Dickerson served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law and Politics and was a member of the Raven Society. Dickerson is a licensed attorney in the State of North Carolina, where she has worked as a Willie C. Dawson Fellow at Legal Aid of North Carolina and a Public Defender in Robeson County.
In addition, Dickerson serves as the Executive Director for Southern Regional Model United Nations (SRMUN), a non-profit organization that hosts collegiate level Model UN conferences. She has also served as a board member for Pro-Choice North Carolina (PCNC) since 2021.
