Joann Hart has been teaching at UNCP since 2007. She received her M.F.A. in Painting from University of North Texas and her B.F.A. in Painting and Drawing from Texas Tech University. Courses taught include Art Appreciation, Elements of Design (2D Design) and Survey of Art History.
