ResNet SafeConnect Migration: The IT Division here at UNCP is rolling out a replacement to our aging Cisco Clean Access system, which governs access to Resnet. This system will bring about a few subtle changes to how PC and Mac users connect (via Ethernet) to the resdential student Internet, and will provide short wait times for registration for Game Console users, without the need of cumbersome paperwork. For more information click here.
Faculty/Staff Listserv Plan:
The current faculty and staff listserv will be replaced with a new set of lists. The new lists are intended to address some of the concerns with the existing listserv as identified by the survey conducted last fall. The new set of lists will come online February 4th. You can read the official anouncement here or look here for information on how to managae your listserv subscriptions.
