I am an incoming student and need BraveWeb, BraveMail and Blackboard accounts.
BraveWeb, BraveMail and Blackboard use the same account credentials. Activating your BraveWeb (network) account grants access to all three.

If you are unable to answer the security questions, call or go by the DoIT Help Desk at 910.521.6260 or D.F. Lowry, room 110. Assistance with account credentials can't be provided by email.
I was trying to create my BraveWeb account and got the following message: "Query resulted in multiple users, please contact a staff member."
This error occurs when your last name, zip code and date of admission are identical to another incoming student. You will need to call the DoIT Help Desk at 910.521.6260 to have this issue corrected. Due to the nature of the error, you must call or go by the Help Desk. Assistance with account credentials can't be provided by email.
I was trying to create my BraveWeb account and got the following message: "No account was found for last name 'XXXXX', zip code '00000' and the secret code you supplied."
1) Please make sure you are entering a secret code as requested. If you do not have or know your secret code, please contact Admissions at 910.521.6262.
2) If you are a re-admit student who has been gone for one academic year or less and you still remember your old password, you do not need to create an account at this time.

I am faculty/staff and cannot log in to BraveWeb with my student username to check grades for a class I am taking.
Faculty and staff will need to sign in to BraveWeb with their faculty/staff accounts. If you are taking classes, your student information will be accessible from Banner Self Service.
