Beginning Monday, March 23 2020 passport appointments at UNC Pembroke are suspended until further notice. Due to the current COVID 19 crisis, only mandatory personnel will be allowed on campus.  All other visitors will be restricted until conditions improve and the safety of the public can be assured. Remember to exercise proper handwashing and maintain adequate social distancing to help prevent the further spread of COVID 19. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to providing this service to the university and community again as soon as possible.

Mail Services is now available to any student enrolled at UNCPembroke.  For students who wish to receive mail/packages here at UNCPembroke there is a $25 fee paid yearly at Mail Services.  This fee is nonrefundable. Students will receive a four digit mailbox number as part of their official UNCP mailing address.  These mailbox numbers are assigned to each individual student and cannot be shared.  This helps us to ensure that each student receives all mail/packages accurately and efficiently.  Students will be notified via email when anything arrives for them.  All mail/packages have to be picked up at the Mail Services window.  Any mail coming to UNCP must include the full name and mailbox # of the student to prevent unnecessary delays or returns.  Please note that a picture ID is required in order to pick up any mail/packages.  This process enables us to provide a higher level of service and give students real time information on the status of any mail/packages arriving on our campus.  If you have any questions please feel free to stop by Mail Services to speak with us.  We can also be reached via email at mail.services@uncp.edu.  Thank you for your patronage and we look forward to serving you in the future.

Proper Postage Setup

Package pickup and other postal services are provided at the Mail Services. Stamps may be purchased at Mail Services, and at the Information Booth. Outgoing mail boxes are located in most classroom and administrative buildings.
