The DoIT Help Desk offers a wide variety of services to the UNCP community. Whether technical or communications support, we look forward to assisting you.

Use HEAT Self Service to submit a request for assistance.  Self Service routes requests directly to the DoIT staff who can resolve issues.

The UNCP Help Desk will operate on condition 2--suspended operations--from 12 p.m. Wednesday until 8 a.m. Thursday morning.  Tickets and voicemails will be monitored throughout the day. 

All classes and activities beginning after 12 p.m. on Wednesday will be cancelled. More information can be found at: uncp.edu/news/winter-weather-wednesday-january-17

Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Voicemail & Email Support Hours:

Mon-Thu 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Fri Close at 5:00 PM
Sat 2:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Sun 2:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Limited support is available during evenings and weekends.
