The annual Festival of Old Main returns April 1. Everyone is welcome to come out and enjoy the family-friendly activities and outdoor fun.

The family-friendly Festival at Old Main at UNC Pembroke will be held on the Quad from noon until 4 p.m. on April 1.

The event is free and open to students, faculty, staff and the community.

There will be live entertainment from student groups and local acts, amusement rides, games, novelty items, a photo booth, free food and more. The Admissions Office will host a college admittance day event and welcome incoming first-year students to campus.

In the event of inclement, activities will be moved to the Jones Center main gym. Those affiliated with the university are asked to bring their UNCP Braves Card.

The Festival at Old Main was established in 1990 as Family Day to encourage the participation of those unable to attend campus events during the week and to allow their families to share in the activities.

The event is hosted by the Office of Campus Engagement and Leadership (CEL) and UNCP Admissions. For more information, contact Bailey Miller at 910.521.6576 or bailey.miller@uncp.edu.
