Damien McLean

Damien Rashaad McLean is a fifteen-year veteran of law enforcement currently serving as the Chief of Investigations at the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from The University of North Carolina at Pembroke in 2001. In 2011, McLean received a Master of Science in Administration of Justice and Security from the University of Phoenix. In June 2015, he was awarded the Advanced Law Enforcement Certification by the NC Sheriff Standards Commission. McLean is also a North Carolina Criminal Justice General Instructor.

McLean is a member of the Nu Iota Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. McLean is from Red Springs, where he currently resides and is married to Brandi Jones-McLean. They have three children—Kinston, Kamarah and Brynia.
