Christen Elisabeth Gooding (Lizzie) is the founder and CEO of Lizzie’s All-natural Products, LLC. Graduated from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke in December 2014 with a major in Criminal Justice, but plans took a turn when she realized that her life had another calling

“My business started in my dorm room at UNCP and is growing into an empire”. Christen also gives many thanks to the UNCP Business Incubator for providing resources that helped start the business.

Christen pursues her passion for helping others with their skin (eczema especially) through authentically sharing her story, building the confidence of others by creating natural products that actually work, and becoming a licensed esthetician. “Can’t pour from an empty cup” is something Christen believes strongly in... to relax & recharge she enjoys bowling, bike rides, yummy vegan eats, making memories with friends/family, and spending time with her husband, Joshua Gooding (also a former UNCP Brave Alumni and Strength & Conditioning Coach for the UNCP athletic department).
