Chris Maples began his new role as the Executive Director of External Affairs at UNC Pembroke on February 1. Chris is a U.S. veteran, a two-time UNC Pembroke graduate, and was an active member on our Board of Visitors. Most recently, he served as the district director for Congressman Bishop. His prior service includes the eastern district director for Congressman Richard Hudson and a teacher in the Scotland County school system.
