New Paid Parental Leave Benefit
The University of North Carolina at Pembroke will offer a Paid Parental Leave (PPL) benefit, to be implemented on Feb. 1, 2020, that provides eligible employees dedicated leave time to care for and bond with a newborn or a newly-placed child, under the age of 18, by adoption, foster care placement, or other legal placement.
