
Chi Sigma Iota (CSI) is an international honor society that values academic and professional excellence in counseling. We promote a strong professional identity through members (professional counselors, counselor educators, and students) who contribute to the realization of a healthy society by fostering wellness and human dignity. 2022-2023 Academic Year
As we begin the new fall semester, the UNCP Department of Counseling honor society, Chi Sigma Iota, is excited to welcome new Phi Sigma Chapter officers for the school year. During last year's elections, Eliza Burgess (bottom left) was voted as President, Whitney Scott (bottom right) as Vice President, and Darcentia Turner (top right) as Secretary-Treasurer. This upcoming year offers new opportunities for advocacy, outreach and professional development for students and alumni. Chapter meetings are at 4:30pm via Webex.

Academic Poster Printing
The Phi Sigma Chapter is pleased to support graduate counseling student research by paying for student poster printing. Please send completed posters in pdf format to nicole.stargell@uncp.edu 10 business days before pickup is needed. Copy the faculty member who mentored and approved the poster, and list the name of the conference at which the poster will be presented.
