What is Wellness Coaching?

Wellness Coaching is a collaboration between the student and the coach to help the student assess what is currently working for them, and to help them set goals to improve their overall wellness.

Our Certified Health & Wellness Coach can assist students on the following topics:

  • Time management
  • Academics
  • Healthy relationships
  • Nutrition
  • Weight Management
  • Body Image
  • Sleep
  • & more!

About our Coaching Sessions:

  • Meet 1-on-1 with our Certified Wellness & Health Coach weekly or bi-weekly
  • Sessions can last between 30 minutes to an hour.
  • Our sessions are offered in person and via WebEx
  • Work with our coach to create your personalized coaching schedule
  • Our conversations are confidential and prioritize your health and well-being
