Braves Shopping Shuttle

Register for the Braves Shopping Shuttle and travel to and from key market locations in Pembroke. The Braves Shopping Shuttle offers transportation services on Monday - Friday from 3:00 until 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 1:00 - 4:00 PM. The Shuttle stops on campus at Cypress Hall, University Courtyard Apartments, and North/Pine Halls. Riders can shuttle to Food Lion and Walmart.

Visit UC&P Programs>shuttle-program>shopping-shuttle for the service route, times and locations. The service is FREE to UNC Pembroke students with a valid ID.

iRest is an open group hosted by CAPS meaning anyone can join at any time. Call CAPS to schedule a triage and request a referral to this group, or ask your counselor to refer if you are already connected. iRest is a deep meditative practice, guided by a trained professional, to promote healing of the mind/body/soul/spirit. No previous experience or special props required - just a comfortable space to push pause and recharge.
