Guidance for Student Organization Fundraising Events
Student organizations who make a reservation request that includes fundraising must provide an approved fundraising form in addition to the FRS reservation request. The reservation request will remain in a pending status until the approved fundraiser form is received by the the Facility Reservation Manager.
Any student organization desiring to sponsor an on-campus fundraising activity must submit a fundraiser form through the Office of Student Involvement and Leadership. The reasoning for this is twofold: (1) conflicts will be avoided through efficient scheduling and (2) compliance with State and University statutes and regulations must be monitored.
Animals on Campus Policy
The circumstances under which animals may be permitted access to campus grounds and facilities are the subject of federal, state, and local law, as well as University policy considerations. Animals are not permitted in any campus buildings except in the following cases:
- Animals providing assistance to handicapped persons;
