Housing and Residence Life is excited to announce the 2020 Maymester & Summer School application process for current students residing on campus is now open.
If you are not sure about your plans, we encourage you to make an assignment. You can cancel by May 8, 2020 @ noon (for Maymester), May 22, 2020 @ noon (for Summer Session I), and June 19, 2020 @ noon (for Summer Session II).
If you submit an application for Maymester and/or either of the Summer Sessions and do not register for courses prior to the start of the term, you will lose your housing assignment. You may reapply for a room on campus after you register for courses, but you are not guaranteed that housing will be available. It is important you register for courses prior to the start of the term.
Students should understand by entering into the Housing Agreement, they are liable for the room and board charges for the term in which they are enrolled. No cancellations of the Housing Agreement will be accepted after the dates referenced above.
ROOM ASSIGNMENT PROCESS
Access the Housing Application through BraveWeb and complete the Housing Agreement for Maymester and/or the summer term you are wishing to attend. Remember, for Maymester 2020 this is a two-step process and you will have to return to BraveWeb after completing your Housing Agreement to make your Housing Assignment. Housing assignments for Summer I will be sent to your Bravemail account beginning the week of May 18; for Summer II, the week of June 15.
