Submit a Work Request

Note: Emergency maintenance requests should be reported IMMEDIATELY to the Residence Life Coordinator (RLC) on duty or Campus Police. Emergencies can include but are not limited to: leaks, running water, broken door locks, power outages, no hot water, no A/C, or no heat. Click on the link below to submit a work request in your assigned facility.
Please click the “Submit” button to complete your request. By clicking the Submit button, you acknowledge that a member of UNC Pembroke's maintenance staff will be entering the room to address your work request. Due to the large number of work requests, it is not possible to schedule appointments. In-room maintenance requests are generally addressed Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
