About Peace Corps Prep

Peace Corps Prep (PC Prep) Program

The UNC Pembroke Peace Corps Prep Program is a collaborative effort with the U.S. Peace Corps and UNCP’s Career Center. UNCP Peace Corps Prep is a two-year certification program that allows students to complete training in a work specialty sector of interest (e.g., education, environment, health, youth development, agriculture, or community, economic development), along with coursework designed to enhance foreign language skills, intercultural competencies, and professional/leadership development.
