If there is a cataloging problem, please use the following procedures:
If the problem is in the catalog record, please print the record, circle the problem, include any information that might help clarify the problem, initial it and date it. Then give the printout to the Coordinator of Cataloging Services.
If the problem is with an item, please give the item along with a description of the problem to the Coordinator of Cataloging Services.
Simple issues with materials, such as a label has come off or been damaged, please give to the Coordinator of Cataloging Services, or, in her absence, to the Catalog Librarian (if it is a book) or the Electronic Resources/Media Catalog Librarian (if is media).
