Dr. Joseph Brum is currently an Adjunct Instructor, Department of Economics, Finance and Decision Sciences at the School of Business Administration UNC Pembroke. Dr. Brum joined UNCP after a twenty-three career at Fayetteville Technical Community where he taught business courses including economics, finance and business strategy. While at this community college, he was instrumental in assisting the North Carolina Community College System in developing on-line business courses for the community college system. For the past 27 years, he has been teaching graduate courses, both on-line and in the classroom, for Webster University. He retired from the U.S. Army after 25 years of service and in the last 15 years. Of his career, he served as the Assistant Division Finance, 82d Airborne Division, and Fort Bragg, N.C. He is a former owner of a trailer park which consisted of 22 mobile trailers and two houses. He is a graduate of Methodist College, Campbell University and Nova Southeastern University.
