The My Career Advancement Account (MyCAA) Scholarship Program is a workforce development program that provides up to $4,000 of financial assistance to eligible military spouses who are pursuing a license, certification or Associate’s degree in a portable career field and occupation. MyCAA Eligible Online Career Training at UNCP through ed2go
UNCP, in partnership with ed2go, offers online open enrollment programs designed to provide the skills necessary to acquire professional level positions for many in-demand occupations. Our programs are designed by a team of professionals from each respective field, providing you with effective web-based learning programs. Instructors/mentors are actively involved in your online learning experience, responding to any questions or concerns, as well as encouraging and motivating you to succeed. Request Education & Training Plan
Prior to submitting your request for funding through Military OneSource, spouses and schools/organizations need to develop an Education & Training Plan (E&TP). Funding cannot be approved until an E&TP is uploaded into your MyCAA Account for review. Decisions on can take up to 14 calendar days. Please make sure you have completed the DEERS Eligibility Check form in your MyCAA account. If you have not yet created an account or verified you’re eligible for MyCAA funding, please do so by going to: MyCAA Registration . To request your official E&TP from UNCP please email veterans@uncp.edu.
