The University of North Carolina at Pembroke employs more than 900 faculty and staff members.

From your first semester, you will receive instruction from professors, not teaching assistants. More than three-quarters of our instructors have doctorates.

Independent surveys of graduates show our faculty receive the highest overall ratings in the UNC system - year after year. Classes are small with a student/faculty ratio of 15:1.
