UNCP is located in Robeson County in southeastern North Carolina and is approximately 10 miles from the intersection of U.S. Highway 74 and Interstate 95 at Lumberton. The University is approximately 1.5 hours south of Raleigh and 1.5 hours north of the North and South Carolina beaches and two hours east of Charlotte.

From Raleigh, NC, Fayetteville, NC and points north:

• Take I-95 south to Exit 17.
• Turn right onto N.C. Highway 711.
• Continue straight through the light and travel about 10 miles to Pembroke.
• Follow NC Highway 711 through Pembroke until you reach the fifth light.
• UNCP is on the right.

• Take U.S. Highway 74 east to the junction of N.C. Highway 710. (There is a stop light at this intersection.)
• Turn left onto N.C. Highway 710 West.
• Follow N.C. Highway 710 about one mile to a traffic light.
• Continue straight through this light (the road will change to N.C. Highway 711 South).
• Continue straight two more miles. Take a left at the second traffic light. UNCP is on the left.

• Take U.S. Highway 74 west about 15 miles past I-95 to the junction of N.C. Highway 710. (There is a stop light at this intersection.)
• Turn right onto N.C. Highway 710 West.
• Follow N.C. Highway 710 about one mile to a traffic light.
• Continue straight through this light (the road will change to N.C. Highway 711 South).
• Continue straight two more miles. Take a left at the second traffic light. UNCP is on the left.

• Take I-95 north to Exit 17.
• Turn left onto N.C. Highway 711.
• Continue straight through the light and travel about 10 miles to Pembroke.
• Follow N.C. Highway 711 through Pembroke until you reach the fifth light.
• UNCP is on the right.
