Monday, May 3
Spring Exam Breakfast is 10 p.m. in the U.C. Cafeteria.

Tuesday, May 4
Business Visions is 6 p.m. in the U.C. Lounge. Sponsored by the Regional Center, it honors area businesses, business leaders and UNCP students.

Thursday, May 6
The General Faculty meeting is 3:30 p.m. at GPAC.

Saturday, May 8
Commencement is at 10 a.m. on the old soccer field next to Lumbee Hall. Sen. Elizabeth Dole is the speaker.

Monday, May 10
The Employee Recognition Committee will host its second annual spring cookout. Vinson Jacobs (Physical Plant) will be the grill master. Come enjoy food, entertainment and the company of friends and co-workers. Charly Lowry and others will perform. On the menu are hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, desert and beverages. Food will be served from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. in the U.C. Lounge. The cost is $5 (proceeds will benefit the Employee Bash). Participants must pre-pay by Thursday, May 6.

Wednesday, May 12
A Business Competitiveness Symposium is 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Moore Hall. It is sponsored by the School of Business.
