  • Blackboard
  • BraveWeb Account

    BraveWeb is used for obtaining a class roster and entering grades, among other things. Granting new faculty BraveWeb access is a multiple step process.

    1. The faculty completes the UNC Pembroke Faculty Information Form.
    2. Institutional Effectiveness will enter the faculty data into Banner and inform the Registrar's Office and UCIS.
    3. Faculty obtains a UNCP Network Account by completing the Network Account Application.
    4. UCIS issues a Network account username and initial password.
    5. The Registrar's Office will assign faculty members to classes in Banner.
    6. UCIS will grant Braveweb access based on data entered into Banner by Institutional Effectiveness and based on the faculty network account information (username/password).

  • Classroom and Lab Support
    Please fill out the online Software Request form. If you have any questions, please contact the UCIS Help Desk at 910.521.6260 or helpdesk@uncp.edu.

  • Assistance Related to a Classroom Setup
    If you cannot reach the UCIS Help Desk staff and need immediate assistance, please call Wanda Hunt at 910.521.6846 or the Library LabTech at 910.522.5710. We will try to assist you as quickly as possible. This service is currently available 7:45 a.m.-5 p.m. We will expand it to evenings and weekends as resources are available.
