ROOM 213

Primary Use

Multi-purpose room with conference table and executive style chairs, projection screen and podium. Carpeted. Ceiling mounted LCD projector. DVD/CD/Video CD combo.

Capacity

Closed square setup that seats 24 round tables with perimeter seating for 22.

ROOM 233

Primary Use

Conference room with chalk and tack boards, table-top lectern.  Has small head table (seats 5) and two long conference tables.  For small meetings.  Carpeted. Wall-mounted TV/VCR

Capacity

Seats 16 around tables with room perimeter seating for 15.  May be arranged theater style, seating 50 (two-week advance notice required).

ROOM 251

Primary Use

Formal atmosphere - "Senate Room" with dry erase board, projection screen, and podium w/mic. A u-shape setup with 3 extra long conference tables with cushioned seats.  Carpeted.  Wall-mounted TV/VCR.

Capacity

Seats 25 with room perimeter seating for 20.  Room cannot be rearranged.

UC LOUNGE

Primary Use

Informal lounge furniture arranged in small groupings for study, relaxation, conversations.  Wood parquet dance floor used for dances, movies, conferences, formal presentations.  Permanent stage, large-screen TV, projection screen, and upright piano. Folding chairs.

Capacity

Seats up to 300

FACULTY LOUNGE

Primary Use

Formal atmosphere for special occasions, functions, receptions that require meals. Use by student organizations requires faculty/staff advisor attend the function.

Capacity

Optimal seating capacity is 42; with head table - 52.

CHANCELLOR'S DINING ROOM

Primary Use

Used for special occasions/dinners, and formal affairs.  Set-up formal dining-room style with tables/chairs.

Capacity

Seats 58 maximum.  However, seating capacity is restricted to 58 participants per event. (pending availability - confirm with Sodexo)
