Let us help you plan your next meeting by finding and reserving a space on campus to fit your event needs. We offer:

FACILITY REQUESTS FORMS

UC RESERVATIONS BOOKS OPEN AUGUST 19TH FOR 2009-10
The reservation books open on 8/19 for events and meetings your organization would like to hold in the Chavis UC and UC Annex.  Reservations may be made for any event occurring between August 19, 2009 – November 27, 2009 for the fall semester and January 11, 2010 – April 23, 2010 for the spring semester. 
Please note that your organization must attend a re-affiliation meeting with Student Life and/or Greek Life prior to scheduling social events.

 

All facility requests must be submittted on-line effective fall 2009. A facility request form is required to reserve all spaces on campus. You may call ahead to put a tentative hold on a facility, however, the reservation must be confirmed or released within 7 days.

To reserve a space, please use Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 8 or above to complete the:

  • Facility Use Form for Internal Groups

  • Instructions for Student Organizations:
    Save the completed form and submit as an attachment through email to:

    • uc@uncp.edu
    • Your organization advisor (if requesting the UC lounge or annex) with instructions for the advisor to submit the form to the UC reservations staff. The advisor is required to attend these events, and it is your responsibility to request their attendance.

UC Motor Fleet
The UC owns two vehicles that can be rented; a 9-passenger van and a 12-passenger shuttle bus. A vehicle request form is required to reserve all vehicles. You may call ahead to put a tentative hold on a vehicle, however, the reservation must be confirmed or released within 7 days. Drivers must complete the vehicle authorization form prior to scheduling use of a vehicle.
