INFORMATION STATION

Located just inside the James B. Chavis University Center, the Information Station is open Monday-Friday, from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm to assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors. During school vacations and summer sessions, the hours are adjusted and posted.

Some services provided by the Information Station include:

• Distribution of student handbooks
• University Center Daily Schedule of Events
• Campus and community event information
• Campus map
• Campus directory of phone numbers
• Information on University services, policies, and regulations
• Bulletin board reservations
• Posting approval
• Commuter Lockers (requires Microsoft Word)
• Newspaper checkout
• Message Center - leave messages for fellow students
• Drop-Off Center - leave packages, etc for pickup
• Book Exchange - leave books that don't qualify for buyback to share with fellow students
• Courtesy Phone - local calls only
• Wake-Up Call and Reminder Service
• Communication Center Announcements
• Postage Stamps
• Massage Therapy - relax in our massage chair with ottoman
• Event Assistance - setups and technical assistance
• Umbrella Checkout
• Bicycle Rental - FREE
• Facilities Forms
• Shopping Shuttle
