Directions

Please complete a form for each Swim School participant by completing the following information and clicking the "Submit" button.

Schedules (Microsoft Word is required to view and print)

Cost (per individual)

  • Swim Lessons: $55 if you signup online; $60 at the door
  • Competitive Swim Training: $100 per participant
  • Lifeguard Training (includes books and CPR for Professional Rescuer): $175
  • Water Aerobics: $40 per session
  • Water Safety Instructor: $175
  • CPR Renewal: $50 with book & mask and $75 without a book & mask
  • Lifeguard Renewal: $125 with book and mask

Payment is required no later than the first day of class either by mail or bring payment to the Jones Center Pool Office during regular pool hours. Make check payable to: UNC Pembroke. Mailing address is: UNCP Swim School, PO Box 1510, Pembroke, NC 28372.

Adult Swim School (6:30 - 7:15 pm)

Session III: July 9- July 31(Tuesday and Thursday)

Competitive Swim Training

July 15 - 25 from 7 to 9 am

Junior Lifeguarding

July 8-18th 8:30am-12:00pm

Spring Board Diving

June 17 - 27
July 22 - Aug 1

5:45-6:30 pm

Lifeguard Training (Weekend Classes. Pretest Wednesday before class at 7pm. Friday: 5:00 - 9:30 pm, Saturday: 9:00 am - 6:30 pm and Sunday: 9:00 am - 6:30 pm)
