The mission of the Center for Sponsored Research and Programs (CSRP) is to cultivate an environment of encouraging research, scholarly inquiry, and creative activities by faculty and staff.

To accomplish its mission, the Center supports the pursuit of external funding from public and private sources, serving as the central coordination point for all sponsored program grants and contracts, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional requirements and policies.

These programs enrich academic and co-curricular life at The University of North Carolina at Pembroke, and contribute to progress of the communities UNCP serves.
