Use HEAT Self Service to submit a request for assistance.  Self Service routes requests directly to the DoIT staff who can resolve issues.

Walk-in, Phone & Email Support Hours:

Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Voicemail & Email Support Hours:

Mon-Thu 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Fri Close at 5 pm
Sat 2:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Sun 2:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Limited support is available during evenings and weekends.
