Use HEAT Self Service to submit a request for assistance.  Self Service routes requests directly to the DoIT staff who can resolve issues.

The DoIT Help Desk will be closed on Thursday, October 20th through Friday, October 21st. Limited technical support will be available.  Campus users may report issues during this time through the HEAT Self Service portal or call the Help Desk at 910.521.6260 and leave a voicemail.

To report a true emergency support issue, you may call 910.775.4444.

M-F  8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Phone & Email Support:

M-Th 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sat 2:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Sun 2:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Limited support is available during evenings and weekends.
