Student Involvement & Leadership

Ice Bucket Challenge

Thank you for visiting the Office of Student Involvement and Leadership on the web.  We believe that “all students can do leadership (as) leadership development is not reserved for students holding (titles), but is for any student wanting to engage with others” (Wagner, 2006, p. 8). As such, the OSIL staff members are dedicated to designing opportunities that will help you develop your leadership capacity and campus engagement in support of becoming life-long learners.

Please explore our web site further to learn more about who we are and what we do at UNC Pembroke. Additionally, the next time you are in the University Center, please stop by our office on the second floor, Suite 225. Our office is a great location to connect with others, relax between classes, play games, or catch the latest news on our big screen television. We’d also be delighted to talk with you about how we can support your leadership development and campus engagement.  We look forward to meeting you!
