School of Education

The School of Education is composed of three Academic Departments:

The Department of Professional Education Programs offers the Bachelor of Science degree in Birth-Kindergarten Education, Elementary Education, and Special Education.

The Department of Professional Leadership offers the Master of Arts in Education (M.A.Ed.) for Elementary Education, Middle Grades Education, Professional School Counseling, and Reading Education; the Master of School Administration (M.S.A.); the Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) for the middle grades concentrations.  The department also offers the Masters of Arts (M.A.) in Service Agency Counseling.

The Department of Health, Physical Education, and Recreation offers undergraduate programs in Athletic Training, Exercise and Sport Science, Health Promotion, Recreation Management/Administration, and Physical Education (K-12).
