This page will guide you through the events planning process.
After reviewing the Event Planning Checklist (PDF), select the campus facility which best meets your event needs. Check the University Calendar for scheduling conflicts. Complete the correct Facility Use form. The form will serve as your event request, thus scheduling the event, provided there is no prior conflict. Once the event has been scheduled, add the event to the University Calendar by contacting the Calendar manager within your division.
