Refund Policy
Tuition and Fees, including room and board, for fall and spring semesters will be refunded per the following schedule, provided a student officially withdraws from the University and is not attending the University for the first time and receiving financial assistance through Federal Title IV student-aid programs.
Note: This policy is subject to change.
UNC Pembroke begin counting days with the first official day of classes (not the first day of particular classes). A completed withdrawal form must be filed with Student Accounts in the Controller's Office. Forms for withdrawal may be obtained from the Office of the Registrar.
