UNC Pembroke's Regional Center for Economic, Community and Professional Development is located at The Carolina Commerce and Technology Center (COMtech) at 115 Livermore Drive, Pembroke, NC.

From Raleigh, NC, Fayetteville, NC and points north:

  • Take I-95 south to Exit 17.
  • Turn right onto N.C. Highway 711.
  • Continue straight through the light and travel about 7 miles on Highway 711, where COMtech Park will be on your left.
  • Turn into COMtech Park; the first street to the right is Livermore Drive.
  • Turn right on to Livermore Drive and proceed about 100 yards, where UNCP's Regional Center for Economic, Community and Professional Development is on your left.

From Charlotte, NC, Laurinburg, NC and points west:

  • Take Interstate 74 east to Exit 200 (Pembroke/Red Springs/N.C. Highway 710).
  • Turn left onto N.C. Highway 710 West.
  • Follow N.C. Highway 710 about two miles to a traffic light at U.S. Highway 74. Continue straight through the light.
  • Follow N.C. Highway 710 about one mile to a traffic light.
  • Continue straight through this light (the road will change to N.C. Highway 711 South).
  • Continue straight approximately five more miles (completely through and beyond the Town of Pembroke) along Highway 711, and COMtech Park will be on your right.
  • Turn into COMtech Park; the first street to the right is Livermore Drive.
  • Turn right on to Livermore Drive and proceed about 100 yards, where UNCP's Regional Center for Economic, Community and Professional Development is on your left.

From Wilmington, NC and points east:
