2008 SNCURCS
It is with great pleasure that I report on UNCP’s involvement in the State of North Carolina Undergraduate Research and Creativity Symposium (SNCURCS) this past weekend (November 22). First and foremost, there were a total of 246 undergraduate presentations by students representing 26 Universities and Colleges and three NC high schools. Of those, 19 presentations were by UNCP students. UNCP presentations represented approximately 8% of the total. We were the third largest showing, following the host institute, Appalachian State, and NCSU. Kudos to our 26 student scholars and their faculty mentors!
