St. Andrews won its fourth consecutive game, scoring two goals in the second half and the golden goal in overtime completing a 3-2 comeback win at UNCP on Sept. 22.
The overtime loss was the Braves' third this season.
UNCP (1-6-0) lost midfielder Miguel Ferrer in the 56th minute after he received his second yellow card and subsequent red for a confrontation with Carlos Bustamante.
The Knights (6-2-1) finally broke through in the 71st minute, despite the Braves’ defense, when freshman Curtis Kiyabu finished a low cross on the left side of the box.
Junior forward Justin Garton tied it up in the 82nd minute and scored two minutes into overtime completing the rally for the Knights.
